How to Join GLT Teaching x Research Team

Teachers join the GLT Teaching x Research Team by

(1) meeting with us and then implementing the Lab course in your school settings.

(2) offering your feedback and reflections on the implementations or any minor adaptations.

(3) helping administer questionnaires (provided by Lab) to your students. 

Notes:

(1) Teachers who attempt to adapt the provided course to their locus of control are expected to have discussions with the original course designer BEFORE the implementation. By doing so, teachers are helping ensure that the course structure remains consistent across time and places and therefore that the data collected are valid for research (e.g., The fundamental structure of Role Model Series based on the theory is “role model + reading of the Book, Grit ”+presentation skills).

(2) Teachers who implement the course would be listed as “contributors” on the official website.
